Barriers and borders between Amritsar and Lahore are broken here. The common man may feel that Lahore is in Pakistan and therefore has little to do with Sikhs or Panjabis. However, Lahore is historically the capital of the Sikh Kingdom lead by Raja Ranjit Singh. It is the devious and cunning nature of the Delhi establishment and the Muslim League that cracked Panjab in two, and robbed Lahore and our historic Gurdware from us. However the stirring vocals plead for the colours and vibrancy of Panjab to return to us in its complete form; with the unification of Amritsar and Lahore.
